Join Historian Andrew Kercher for a stroll downtown and learn about the history of your own backyard! Looking for a good excuse to visit downtown and stretch your legs? Come along for a one mile walk through hundreds of years of Port Huron History! Due to construction, The tour will start at the parking lot at the southwest corner of McMorran and Huron. Learn the history of local businesses, people and the places you stroll past every day. Be amazed at the history located in your own backyard and you can impress your friends and neighbors with your newfound knowledge. Bring questions and a comfy pair of shoes! There is no ticket price for this tour, but we will pass the hat for the Museum at the end. Any donations go right back to preserving our shared local cultural heritage. Feel free to register by picking up a ticket just to give us an idea of how many to expect. See you there!
