MARLBOROUGH, MA — It may feel like the school year just ended, but back-to-school season is just under a month away. Marlborough Public Schools have published the 2021-22 school year calendar to help parents prepare for the first day of school, plus events like days off and vacation dates. The first day of school for Marlborough students in grades 1 to 12 is Sept. 1, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students return Sept. 9, according to the district calendar.
