31yo Metalcore guitarist/lead singer looking for serious bandmates

I am a metalcore fan and I want to start a serious project. I'm talking, go big, get recognized by the metal community big. In order to do that, I need serious people. That means people who practice, are reliable, and can get shit done. I've been playing guitar for 13 years, singing for probably longer than I know, can play drums and bass. I have some recording experience, at home, and in studio. I have full equipment for all of this. I have been in a few bands before, most of the time I could play all of the instruments better than them.
