We will also tour some houses that are for sale and you will be able to make offers on the spot! So make sure you that you have your wire info ready in case you see something that catches your eye as we all know that properties do no last long!! I will be giving you a playbook on how to invest successfully in Detroit.  Quick recap of whats in store: 1. Tour the REAL Detroit - the areas they do not show you on the news! 2. Visit properties that are for sale AND buy them on the spot. 3. Visit properties that are currently being renovated by my construction company and/or a affiliate of mine. 4. Meet real estate agents/brokers, title agents, and property management companies. 5. Receive contact info for everything you will need to close on your first property such as title company, financing options, contractors, etc. I want you to be successful here! 6. The bus will pick us up at Greektown Casino on the Lafayette entrance and drop us off there as well.   What can I bring into the event? A hat, comfortable shoes and clothes. There are absolutely most definitely NO REFUNDS no matter the circumstances unless cancelled by the host.  Ms. Asia Denson has been in the Detroit construction environment since 2007, operating as an independent, capable and conscientious adult. Asia Denson’s 13 years of construction experience encompass various aspects ranging from full scale residential and commercial renovations, construction/project management, concrete testing, and engineering services.  As the owner of Denson Construction Services, LLC (DCS) and The Detroit Property Shop, LLC she works as a general contractor and real estate investor repairing Detroit one house at a time. Ms. Denson is a graduate of Jackson State University (BS Industrial Engineering & Technology) and Eastern Michigan University (MS Construction Management). She has sold and renovated several homes throughout the city of Detroit. Ms. Denson KNOWS Detroit and construction. She is a true Detroiter at heart.
