We have multiple rental properties in Polk County including a mobile home park that need odds and ends done. Nothing major, just standard up keep. We need someone reliable with their own transportation and tools that is willing to be on call when we need them. We also purchase multiple houses per month needing complete rehabs and are always looking to add to our crews so let us know your scope of work.
