1 Critical After Jet Ski Collision In Milford

MILFORD, CT — One person was in critical condition after a crash involving two jet skis in Long Island Sound on Tuesday night, Milford fire officials said. At 6:50 p.m., emergency responders received a report of the collision in the area of Cedar Beach. Fire Department units initiated a water rescue response involving numerous first responders. A private boat assisted with the injured until paramedics took over care. One of the individuals was in critical condition, with CPR being performed. Fire Department paramedics provided advanced life support to the patient, and he was transported to Bridgeport Hospital. Patch will update this story.
