I currently run a Handyman business in multiple states, completing handyman task for rental companies. I have an office in Mooresville 28115 that I'm looking for someone to take it over as their own and run it This will be your own office space/ shop. I provide work. run main office, update work orders. You will not have to advertise or find work. You would set up appointments with tenants. then complete the jobs Prefer if you have your own work van/truck, but may have other option if you do not. Looking for someone that live's in Mooresville or within 15-20 minutes away **Must have handyman knowledge. be able to paint, patch holes in drywall/match texture, minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, trim, pressure washing. not afraid of being on extension ladder. Most of the stuff we do is minor repairs that take 1-2 hours. then onto the next job. **Must have good clean driver license. *Not be convicted felon or on probation. *Must be trustworthy, want to succeed in life and run your own business. *You will be the one doing the jobs, we will not hire someone to run the van.
