We are looking for experienced insulation installers/project leads. Pay range from $19/hr-$30/hour based on experience. An INSULATION INSTALLER is responsible for complete air sealing and insulating exterior and interior walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, and attic spaces of residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. • Hand installs insulation creating a barrier of comfort between conditioned interior living space and the outside elements. Install caulk and foam where needed. Install insulation stops, chutes, and blockers where needed. • Keeps accurate count of all materials taken to the site, installed, and returned to the warehouse. Successful time/experience as an INSULATION INSTALLER can grow into a project lead position. A PROJECT LEAD is responsible for the successful completion of projects and must have an understanding of building science and the applications used in the insulation/home performance industry. A PROJECT LEAD will meet with site supervisor/homeowner at the beginning and end of each job for pre and post inspections, to answer any questions and ensure a thorough quality job. A project lead will be paid a competitive wage + bonuses for timely and efficient completion of projects. REQUIREMENTS: • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history • High School diploma or GED
