Job Summary for Installation Technician Level II: Preforms general labor in accordance with duties and responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities for Installation Technician Level II: Moves and operates any and all equipment and materials throughout work area Measure and mixes per material instructions necessary for job Follows product application guides Double checks measurements Maintains a safe and clean environment and uses proper safety practices Performs any other reasonable duty assigned by crew leader or management Drive vehicles as needed Ensure all company property including tools and materials are always secure Ensure vehicle and or trailer are always clean and orderly Assist in restocking and prepping vehicle for next workday Communicate any issues to crew leader Adheres to company policies and procedures Skills and Abilities: Possess good decision-making ability Able to adapt and be flexible with change Professional communication skills Ability to work with others and take direction from leadership Ability to work long hours and weekends at times Able to stand, kneel, walk, etc. for long periods of time Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, is preferred Valid driver’s license Dependable and reliable Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00+ per hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Referral program Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends License/Certification: Driver's License Work Remotely: No COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Temperature screenings Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: CDC Requirements Experience: Flooring installation: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location:
