Hot Air Balloons Launched At Warren County Fair Starting Saturday

WARREN COUNTY, NJ — Each night at 6:30 p.m., as long as conditions are ideal, spectators can watch up to 35 hot air balloons rise in the air, when the Warren County Farmers' Fair and Hot Air Balloon Festival kick off on Saturday, July 31. The fair and festival, which are taking place at the Warren County Fairgrounds in Warren County's Harmony Township each day through Saturday, August 7, boasts free parking, no-cost kids' activities, "fairly" priced food offerings and more among its lineup each day. Some of the other fun happenings on opening day, July 31, are: Kids' Corral Childrens' Tent – free activities for fairgoers 12-8 p.m.Warren Garden Club "Garden Path" 12 – 8 PM with programs daily at 6:30 p.m.Vendors and Great Fair FoodVarious Exhibit Buildings – animals, commercial, government open 12-9 p.m.Mass Balloon Launches daily at 6:30 p.m.Tethered Balloon Rides nightly - exact time TBDFred G.
