Pilgrimage Music Cultural Festival is hiring for this year's festival! The Design and Decor team is looking for some skilled, creative, hardworking, good attitude, eager local people to join the team! We build the site on Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin for 8 full days, then all team members get the 2 festival days off, then back for 3 full days of strike. Must be able to work all 11 days. Pay is $200/day Dates are September 17th-24th (25th and 26th off for festival) September 27th-29th. Days usually start at 8/9 and wrap around 5/6, sometimes longer if needed for reasons like weather. We all work under the "event work day" which can vary in length. (It rarely is longer than a 10 hr day) Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and understand this job includes labor in the elements but we all work together as a team and make a beautiful site!
