My girlfriend’s coworker found this dog roaming the streets. She was unable to care for her so I agreed to take her in She’s has to be 12+ yrs old lab. She’s is very sweet and smart, knows plenty of tricks and listens very well. She is potty trained. I feel she has some health issues. Arthritis, possibly dehydration or kidney injury/failure. I’ve started rehydrating her slowly over the past 2 days. She looks like she’s getting a little better. She is partially blind, has trouble in dark areas and lower aspect of her vision. She is eating and drinking. She is pooping fine, urinating is another story. Her first day she didn’t urinate for almost 18hours, she’s slowly producing more urine. I imagine when she was on the streets with limited vision finding water was very tough. I tried to take her to the vet but there are no open clinics accepting new pets here at the moment. I’m not sure if she’s chipped but plan on taking her to at least see if that was done by previous owners. If she is yours and you want her back please respond to this post via text or call. If not I am willing to keep her and care for her. She needs a lot of help and Care and my girlfriend and I are prepared to do it. She was very clearly part of a family and was loved and I don’t want to keep her from them if they are still wanting her back.
