MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — Apartments have been proposed for Mendota Plaza, Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal reported. At Home Apartments, based in Saint Paul, recently proposed to redevelop two parcels at Mendota Plaza into apartment buildings, the publication reported. The apartment buildings would total 174 units-61 in the first three-story building and 113 in the second four-story building, the report said.
