Local historian Ginnie Jeschelnig will talk about Radabaugh's life and crimes during a program at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11, at our Main Branch. Radabaugh led a fascinating life that took him from the stage on Mentor High School to designing custom hats for wealthy women to federal court.
