looking for ac specialist to replace r22 with 410a condenser

hi. we have r22 hvac system. I also have 3 ton condenser 410a i want to put instead. the coils needs to be adjusr tsp etc. clean vacuum etc im a contractor should take 3-4 hours from you i have only pump and tank of 410a just in case you will need to brazee
