Folk/Americana - new project

I'm a 61 year old singer/songwriter looking to put a project together... something in the realm like Jason Isbell and the 400 unit, Sturgill, Lukas Nelson, old Eagles, America, 70s soft rock, etc... even bands like Big Star and REM... I would like to be able to do both electric and acoustic shows... primarily interested orig music with a few covers sprinkled in... I have years of stage/studio experience, most recently as a bassist/vocalist in 70s style orig hard rock band in the area a few years ago... but, I've decided to move into this type of music as it's always been a passion... I've been polishing my vocal stylings and acoustic guitar chops... and I've fooled around a little with lap steel and slide, and some harmonica and keys... I've also been writing up a storm, have lots of material ready to go in a band setting... while mainly folk/Americana/country in orientation, there are also some alt and rock influences.. even funky... I have a home studio, so I record as inspiration hits and time allows... we can definitely demo any ideas that come along... Vocally, I've been told I'm in the neighborhood of Dylan and Petty, but not quite either... would love to do multi part harmonies a la CSNY... even head towards a Willburys sort of vibe... Looking for players that have some style, plus passion and commitment... players interested in making good music and growing a really cool and original thing... open to pretty much anything instrument-wise, especially multi-instrumentalists/vocalists... I'm just really eager to collaborate with some like minded souls with similar spirits... I'm a family man and professional, so weekend practices preferred... the occasional weeknight could work too... Not looking to go on tour or go platinum... just wanna make cool music and put on some good shows... if anything else comes from it, groovy... Be kind, love thy neighbor... sorry, no drunks, addicts, insurrectionists or conspiracy theorists... I'm moderate in all things and I don't listen to the noise they call "news"... You can be anyone, any age, sex, etc... If you're a good person, we'll get along fine... I have demos posted online, if you're interested I'll share the link... Peace y'all...
