I am a student that is receiving my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I am conducting a needs assessment in an effort to create a non-profit in the area. The non-profit will focus on preventing families from receiving child protective services reports. This survey is for parents who have an open report or have had open report(s) in the past. The survey will aim to collect information about what resources and services parents need that will help prevent them from receiving child protective services reports.
