Last Call for our dog Ember

We are having to rehome our beautiful 6 yr. old border collie because we are having a baby. Ember is a spayed, female red and white B.C. This dog is for an experienced B.C. owner that understands the breed, and a child-free home. She only loves the few adults she has come to know and has never been allowed to be around children since she can be situationally aggressive. She does well with our cat. She doesn't do well with small dogs, she is rather indifferent/sometimes hostile to like-size dogs and will ignore them at dog parks. She loves to swim in the lake to retrieve things, go on walks, and LOVES to ride in cars! She would do well with an active owner or a farm environment. She is crate trained, potty trained and up to date with her vaccinations. She will come with her crate, her toys and all her goodies. Her rehoming fee is zero; we just want her in a happy home that will help her adjust to her new surroundings. The baby is due tomorrow and we don't want her to go into a humane society facility since she would be fearful and not easily adopted. Please call if you want to rescue Ember.
