Contractor/carpenter wanted to replace joists + install vapor barrier

First floor of my home is an old convenience store, about 900 square feet. Floor needs to be removed and a vapor barrier installed in the crawlspace. Will probably need new joists and a subfloor too. Looking for estimates. Must be insured.
