North Dakota State College of Science 800 6th St N * Wahpeton, ND 58076 Position Vacancy POSITION: Building Services Technician LOCATION: NDSCS-Wahpeton TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Full time benefitted position JOB SUMMARY: Opportunity to play a critical role in helping us maintain a safe, orderly, sanitary and above all inviting educational facility. Perform duties and services associated with custodial work and minor maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Must support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS • Must have H.S. diploma or GED • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Good communication skills and team player • Ability to be trained to operate mechanical cleaning equipment • Valid driver's license QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: • Prefer 1-year pervious custodial experience. • 1 year of related experience • Basic computer skills • Ability to perform minor building and equipment repairs SALARY: Competitive salary based on experience plus excellent benefit package BENEFITS: Fully paid health insurance, life insurance, annual & sick leave, tuition waiver, spouse/dependent tuition discount, retirement, etc. DATE AVAILABLE: As arranged BACKGROUND CHECK: NDSCS requires a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to official offer of the position.
