Lady who was locked out of car on 27th street

I was sitting in my vehicle having a smoke when you approached me and asked if you could have a cigarette. You said you had been locked out of your car and were waiting for someone to come open it. I offered to let you wait in my vehicle but you said the person would be there shortly. I was there another half hour hoping you'd stop back since by the time I left you were still there. Your were middle aged, skinny and very pretty with a few tattoos on your arms. Long shot but I hope you see this as I'd love to meet up sometime! What kind of vehicle was I driving, where was this?
