Position Summary: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Our Goal is To Become the Next JOSHUA TREE :) The Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a Resort. The duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, minor landscaping, operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment, and handling daily general maintenance tasks. *Position requires to live on resort site* Objectives: Maintaining the resort HANDY MAN Base Level Plumbing repairs Construction Experience Preferred RV Park Experience Taking House Calls for general maintenance Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must have the ability to analyze and respond appropriately to emergencies and recognize, secure, and report unsafe conditions immediately. Must know safe working techniques and safety equipment and be aware of the typical hazards of the workplace and the special hazards that may be encountered (biohazards, chemicals, asbestos/lead-containing materials). Must have the ability to respond to resort guest's maintenance issues promptly. Education and Experience Prior experience working in a hospitality facility is preferred. 5+ Years working in General Laborer Field About The Resort DeAnza Springs Resort is the largest and one of the newest clothing optional resorts in North America.
