San Diego, CA Job details Pay $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Job Type Full-time Schedule 8 hour shift Weekend availability Monday to Friday Overtime Number of hires for this role 4 Qualifications • Construction Experience: 2 years (Required) • Driver's License (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) Full Job Description We are a rapidly growing, Central San Diego based, construction company that is expanding our reconstruction/remodeling services and need a few qualified candidates to help with our growth. The laborer/tradesman we seek is a hardworking individual that takes pride in their work and can work alone or among others in a friendly and professional manner. Our ideal candidate must be detail oriented, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, positive mind set, able to follow instructions, owns all hand tools and basic power tools, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites, and have experience in the following: • Minor drywall and stucco repairs • Painting • Framing • Installing baseboards and doors • Trim carpentry • Fixing faucet leaks replacing cartridges • Replacing faucets shut off valves and toilet parts • Installing toilets • Replacing garbage disposals • Basic electrical skills and troubleshooting • Replacing outlets and switches Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekend Availability Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Construction Experience: 2 years (Required) Language: • Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Willingness To Travel: • 25% (Required) Work Location: • Multiple locations apprentice, baseboard, building, cabinet install, cleanout, construction, demo, drywall, electrical, entry level, flooring, framing, general contractor, handyman, hardscaping, home improvement, home repair, janitorial, journeyman, laborer, landscaping, maintenance, painting, plumbing, reconstruction, remodel, repair, residential, restoration, roofing, rough and finish carpentry, siding, skilled, stucco, tile, tradesman, trim, workmanship
