Part-Time Porter/Groundskeeper for Office Plaza Commercial Property Management Company is looking for a part time Porter/Groundskeeper for an executive office building. This is a 3-4 day a week position (approximately 2-3 hours/day). We are flexible with hours and days of the week. Position is located in the North Scottsdale, FLW and Scottsdale Rd area. Responsibilities: • Keep grounds litter free • Light checks • Replace light bulbs as needed • Keep common areas, hallways, bathrooms and vacant suites clean • Maintain curbs when paint is needed • Various maintenance tasks as required Pay: $15 per hour
