Their Business is Our Business, Their Family is Our Family, and Their Success is Our Success.” SUMMARY OF DESCRIPTION: The Driver position is a professional CDL Class A driver and equipment operator experienced in transporting and proper placement of building materials. Drivers are responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of material (inbound and outbound) to jobsites and other designated locations. This person must provide the highest level of customer service and problem solving while working in this position. This person may direct, supervise, and train any trainee personnel who maybe assisting with the delivery. QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for the position of Driver and individual must meet or have demonstrated their ability worthy of consideration by achieving the following: 1. Have the ability to work independently without direct supervision. 2. Capable of directing trainee personnel 3. Possesses good customer relations and oral communication skills. 4. Able to follow detailed instruction. 5. Become Knowledgeable of the products and services J&B provides. 6. Possesses good basic math skills. 7. Have driving history consistent with company standards 8. Have current California Class A CDL 9. Pass Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Screen. 10. Ability to repeatedly bend and lift in handling materials. 11. High School Graduate or equivalent. 12. Minimum two years driving experience. 13.
