I'm looking for a handyman that can help with thing such as - general labor - electric - plumbing - carpentry - painting - tile - etc If you're "solid" at one of the above, I can definitely teach and train you so that you get better! I have a few jobs I need your help on. I'll be working on the jobs myself, I would just love to have some help. I've been renovating a lot of houses lately so the work is very steady and should last for years to come. I would pay you as a 1099 contractor, so this isn't a cash job or odd job. I'm not looking for a construction company - only an individual (or two) that wants to work with me for the long run in an enjoyable environment. I would definitely test you out and pay you for smaller jobs first just to make sure you're committed and enjoyable to work with. If you're interested or know anyone that is interested.
