Two apartment clean outs: One near NE 75th & Sandy Blvd; upstairs 2nd floor.some abandoned furniture, complete cleanout, then come back in a week to do thorough cleaning for re-rental One in Gresham, near Eastman Parkway. Small 550 sq ft apartment, 1st floor; level in to back door, front door is 1/2 story down. Was totally trashed by tenant; debris, doors, junk, even an engine block. Carpets must be pulled.
