build wall in front of garage door and divider wall

Description

I would like someone experienced in building walls and removing garage door openers with spring and rails. I want a wall built from floor up to garage door windows, then above to ceiling Also, a divider wall built with a 36" door installed the length of the garage. Pics attached. Of course, I will move everything out of the way before installation is started. Can send a diagram with measurements if you may be interested in the job.
