Property Management company is seeking a full time Maintenance and Repair Handyman. Golden Bee Properties is a multi-pronged real estate firm with investment, development, construction and management all under one roof. We are a family-owned company based in Culver City. We manage approximately 800 units within Los Angeles, Long Beach and Las Vegas, NV areas. Our portfolio of properties consist of single-family and multi-family properties. Full time maintenance person is needed for our management company. We are looking for someone who has the knowledge to be able to provide property maintenance including curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnover and preventative maintenance. This person must have good communication skills and be on a team working with other associates, contractors and field office. This person will have to be able to commute from building to building independently with a different schedule of locations daily. Experience Needed: • Light Plumbing • Light Electrical • Painting and patching • Minor tile and flooring repairs • Installing smoke detectors and fire extinguishers • Knowledge of how to use power tools Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and/or light construction • Be able to work in the US • Have a VALID driver’s license and auto insurance • Have a working vehicle • Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and Long Beach • Has their own tools and equipment • Speaks English and Spanish proficiently • Ability to follow directions •.
