This is a Permanent, Part Time Position and is open to qualified, experienced candidates, who can work well with little or no supervision. This very large commercial facility needs to be kept clean and orderly. Job Duties include, but not limited to; Standard Janitorial Duties, heavy cleaning, such as floors and glass, removing rubbish, keeping 8 restrooms sparkling clean, as well as routine maintenance activities. Knowledge of Walk behind Floor Scrubber & Sweeper helpful. Tasks Include; * Service, clean and supply restrooms * Gather and empty trash * Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vaccuming * Requisition cleaning supplies as needed * General Handyman Services required * Maintain equipment per schedule * Maintain a maintenance log, and keep fleet of 2 vehicles clean * Window Cleaning *Resume Required for Consideration This position is PART TIME, 23 hours per week. Saturday 7-4, Sunday 9-5, Monday 7-4. This is NOT a temporary job. Solid, 3 days per week guaranteed! Custodial Experience REQUIRED. Must speak FLUENT English. Hourly rate depends on experience, applicants should submit a compensation history along with a resume. The ideal applicant MUST be able to multi-task, and must be an independent worker.
