Medication Tech: Maintains resident medication records - Completes medication pass promptly - Responds to emergencies, assist with transfer documentation preparation - Completes end of shift reports - Observes and communicates resident changes of condition – Communicating with families, doctors, and outside providers - May assist in other areas of resident care.
