If you are a professional painter this is probably not in your wage scale. You should live in Wright County for this Gig. Hometown Management based in Rockford, MN is looking for a couple of painters that we can count on to paint our apartments during turnovers. We use a standard off-white color in all of our units. Most of the time it is a simply recoat, sometime it will require 2 coats and a cut-in. We have a payment sheet that we pay based on the size of the apartment. WE PROVIDE THE PAINT We are looking for some that enjoys painting as a hobby or their side hustle. We pay a fair set amount per paint project, and you will be considered a 1099 Contractor, so you pay your own taxes. You must have reliable transportation, no criminal record, and have 2 references for previous work. We have been in business for 20 years, this opportunity is a long-term opportunity.
