Office environment, Outbound Calls, Additional Incentives and Growth Opportunities available as well. Job Duties: • Recover outstanding accounts, manage customer payments. • Maintain a courteous & professional demeanor throughout the collection process. • Follow up on past due accounts/callbacks/voicemails to ensure client satisfaction.
