Under direct supervision of the Housing Custodial and Grounds Supervisor and in accordance with established schedules or periodic instructions, the Groundsworker performs general gardening maintenance work in various areas of the campus, including parking lots and structures, for the purpose of preserving the campus grounds in a healthy, attractive, and safe condition. Incumbent assists with event support including preparation and clean-up.
