Looking for a responsible individual or small construction companies in Bay Area, who licensed and bonded, to perform routine client maintenance and repairs for premises as described per jobs requested by the customer. Building maintenance and repairs in one or more fields: · Concrete · Drywall · Paint · Flooring · Demolition · Installation of bumpers, corner guards · Plumbing · Electrical Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods Able to read instructions and blueprints Construction, mechanical, or manufacturing background Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks (lift up to 30 lbs. from the floor) Valid CA driver's license
