Encore Nationwide seeking an Event Manager for a fun Milk Bar Ice Cream Campaign. You will support a fun stunt for Milk Bar to promote their new hard ice cream available at Whole Foods. **Encore to share resumes with relevant work + clear head shots and photos with client for approval** STAFFING CRITERIA- Event Manager -Committed to all prep, activation and post needs -Comfortable troubleshooting any on site issue -Willing/able to set-up/strike the event including moving a freezer into place with assistance for the event. -Clean driving record for truck rental STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: On-site activation responsibilities -Manager/Driver -Pick up box truck and event assets; purchase cooler, ice and contactless thermometer (reimbursement provided); prep gift bags -Drive box truck to activation, lead set up/breakdown including loading/unloading appliance from truck, oversee activation experience, restock product and giveaways, troubleshoot issues -Return truck, dispose of trash and perform post duties as directed -Post-event - submit recap as directed DATES/TIMES/LOCATION: McCarren Park 908 Lorimer St. Brooklyn, NY 11222 Event Manager -Training- 2 hours (date and time TBD) -Tue. 8/3: 9am - 4pm (PREP) Pickup truck, freezer, etc. -Wed. 8/4: 9am-5pm (PREP) Prep giveaways and other event items. -Thu. 8/5: 9am-5pm (PREP) Final prep. before event day. -Fri. 8/6: 9am-6pm (event) -Sat. 8/7: 9am-2pm (POST) Return truck, freezer, recaps PAY RATES: Paid W2 via DD on 8/13 Event Manager – $30/HR Email getstaff @ encorenationwide.com Subject: Milk Bar - NY MGR Include all of the following: -First And Last Name: -Current Cell#: -CURRENT Photo(s). -Current Resume AND list of exp/events – Event Manager (EM) must have previous exp. -EM must be able to work all days. -Comfortable driving box truck - will need a copy of license. -Current mailing address?
