Reinhardt Homes LLC is a family-owned and run business that has been building quality, efficient and affordable homes in Central Oregon for over 30 years. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of trade knowledge and experience in the building industry to join our Team. Our main office is in Redmond, Oregon. Job location is based in Bend/La Pine, Oregon, however, we serve all of Central Oregon. Transportation to the job sites can be provide. Duties/Responsibilities: *Collaborate with Project Manager daily with any updates and changes needed, ability to relay new information to the team *Job clean up *Sweep Outs *Project management assistance: Communicate instructions, inspect work, as well as work alongside the team to demonstrate techniques or help out on the job site as needed *Parts runner *May be called on for minor repairs Requirements/Qualifications: *Good driving record *Experience towing a trailer *Computer Skills a plus - Microsoft Office, BuilderTrend *Trade knowledge in building industry *3-5 years of experience in building and excavation industry *Good communication skills are a must and the ability to work as a team *Ability and willingness to learn new skills Benefits: *Negotiable after 90 day probation period *Most weekends off Full Time but work is based on weather (snow). $20-26/hour to start depending on experience.
