Relocation bonus available to the hired applicant to assist with moving to Columbus, SC. Apartment community in Columbus looking for maintenance team members. Must have a prior verifiable work history. HVAC/EPA/CPO certified a plus. Applicants must pass a background check and drug test. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and a 20% rent discount for employees who live on site.
