Looking for Dog pet only

My husband and I are looking for a dog We have 4 children all are adult and living in their own. We also have 8 grandkids who visit frequently... they are great with animals. They would be our only dog but would have 3 Sphynx cats as sisters.. we have a small 8 acre farm and a fenced yard. I am a registered nurse my husband is a supervisor for water treatment plant. We have a good relationship with our local vet and our cats currently receive routine and urgent medical care. Not sure what else to tell you, other than we have been looking for sometime wanting older dog who is housebroken that also likes to ride in a car because we want to take them when we travel. Willing to drive for right dog also wanting a dog such as poodle, cocker, or cavalier grooming not an issue.. pics for attention only please text
