We are looking to hire a full time maintenance person for our property management company. The right person must be experienced in all maintenance work and be able to follow instructions, be professional, have transportation and be able to communicate well and work quickly. Also be able to answer after hours emergency calls and handle after hours emergency situations (Turn water main off, breakers, etc) Prior apartment maintenance a plus.
