Description

JOB DUTIES * Daily work will involve confined space entry such as manholes, tank cleaning, oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping and shoveling, high pressure washing and various other remedial activities * Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times * Perform work under the direct guidance of a Supervisor or Foreman involving industrial cleaning, site remediation, and spill response activities * Clean up work area and equipment after work is completed * Ability to work overtime and on-call for emergency response * Perform labor-intensive activities in all weather conditions throughout the day * Operate light and assists with heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, oil spill booms, and vacuum equipment QUALIFICATOINS * Pass a Pre-Employment Physical, Drug Screen and Alcohol testing * Pass a Pre-Employment Background Screening * Pass the Company's Auto Insurance Qualifiers * Pass the OSHA HAZWOPER 40 hour training * Must be 18 Years old * High School Diploma or GED * Valid driver’s License required and clean MVR record for three years BENEFITS * Medical coverage * Paid vacation and holidays * Dental plan * 401(K) plan with company match * Advancement opportunities and training * Life insurance and disability insurance * Pre-tax flexible medical spending account OSI Environmental is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, height, weight, national origin, marital status, handicap, or disability.
