219 single-family home association neighborhood in Lakeville looking for person/s to make repairs and maintain the neighborhood's mailboxes as the need arises from damage or wear. We have approximately 75 total Trex posts with boxes and paper holders ranging from 1-4 households per Trex post. Some require only mailbox replacement or paper holder replacement and or their stained cedar support boards all the way up to complete Trex post replacement set in concrete. Will supply all mailboxes, paper holders and will purchase Trex material, cedar and stain required...you do the labor. Easy, simple work that we will pay on the spot as repairs are made. Currently have about 12 of the 75 needing mainly cedar board and mailbox replacement but will be an ongoing opportunity as they get damaged from cars, mowers and snowplows.
