We are looking for a motivated warehouse manager, workers and cabinet assembler to join our team which has fast growing opportunities for all careers. Our Assembler will be work directly with power tools and must know how to use screw drivers to assemble our cabinets in the warehouse. You will be assembling knock down cabinet box; moving flat-pack box to working area to verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly; also utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts. Assembler’s job involves ability to stand for long hours; lifting and shifting heavy objects up to 75lbs; consistently bend, twist, squat and reach approach to work. Assembler work experience is not required, but any construction experiences will be a plus. This position is for a person who can work will with a team and collaborate with people from other departments. What You’ll Do Daily Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms. Discern quality of parts and materials used in production. Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process. Follow company procedures and directives. Test finished products for defects. Maintain the tools used to create products. Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace. Qualifications: Highly collaborative and team oriented; ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs. High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Prior experience in cabinet, furniture, or similar industry preferred Experience with warehouse equipment (material handling equipment) is a plus. Strong follow through on project and duties. Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Ability to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events and capability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands. Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must. Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
