Artist studio wanted in South County

Hi, I'm a working artist living in Wakefield. I am *completely* aware of the lack of any sort of rentable housing in the area (so, no reason to point that out). But I figured I'd ask: I'm looking for some sort of commercial/office space somewhere in South County to use as a studio. This is NOT for living, just for working. Could be unused office space, empty storefront, old garage, back room of an existing business, unused storage space... I'm thinking out of the box. I've exhausted all the dedicated art spaces (like Shady Lea), they are all at capacity. I'm also open to sharing a studio, or teaming up with someone else looking for a space. Big or small, I can make it work, at this point I have no preference. I know this is an incredibly long shot right now, but I'm trying to avoid going to Providence or Pawtucket when there's a great community of creative people here.
