Small sweet boy needs a home

My sister passed away and this was her dog he is black and white fluffy and about 10 pounds. she spent all day petting him and loving on him so he needs to a lot of attention he will lay his head on your shoulder and cuddle. I can't come close to giving him the kind of attention he wants and deserves. He's about 3 years old I'm not sure of his breed maybe cocker spaniel mix. I'm hoping to find a stable older person that has the time he needs to take him everywhere and treat him like their baby because that's what he's use too. He has a ton of energy at first but after a short walk he calms down a whole lot. Please contact me if you are interested and can provide what he needs. Thank you
