Finish Dozer Operators Needed

Tellico Partners is currently searching for Finish Dozer Operators (Finish Grade) for projects. The primary responsibility of this position is the safe and efficient operation of dozers. Responsibilities: • Comply with all company and site-specific policies and procedures • Safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets • Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment • Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns • Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation as required • May perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: • Must have minimum 2 years experience running and maneuvering. • Must have experience achieving finish grade, cut swales, grade pond slopes • Prefer candidates with High School Diploma or GED (not required) • Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively • Must be accustomed to working outdoors with all weather conditions • Must be able to perform physical activities that require bending, lifting (up to 40lbs), squatting, walking, and handling of materials • Must have adequate transportation to and from jobsite (Jobsites vary) • Ability to have a flexible work schedule, including working overtime and weekends as needed • Must have a positive attitude and work well with others Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay Drug Free Workplace - Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work or receiving an offer of employment.
