Free Room/Bathroom in exchange for 16 hours/wk of Childcare

Hello I would love to help out a local with housing. I have a large home (4 bd, 3.5 bath, 2 living rooms, large backyard) in Sierra Meadows in Truckee and am looking for pt in home childcare. I can provide a furnished rent-free room and bathroom in exchange for 16 hours/week of childcare. My kids are 8 and 2.5 and well behaved. I am looking for some business days/wk that someone that watch them or shuttle them to activities. No smoking or animals (due to allergies) and sorry but I am only considering females at the moment. Would prefer someone long term 6-12 months with options to renew agreement. Must have an AWD vehicle. Please respond via email with interest and/or questions. Thanks!
