Seeking a professional, outgoing, and motivated individual to assist with a wide variety of tasks for three mobile home parks in the Maquoketa, IA area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - External Rehab (roofing, siding, skirting) - Internal Rehab (floors, bathrooms, kitchens, other) - Routine Home Maintenance - Odd Jobs This is a full-time position with room for growth. You will have the opportunity to work alongside other tradesmen and learn from their years of experience to grow your skill set. Rate: $15 - $16 / hour Hours: 40 hours / week (hours and days may be somewhat flexible) All candidates considered must be dependable and drug free.
