We are a Residential Property Management Company looking for a select few small experienced individual trades / trade teams that are familiar with residential property management, apartment turnovers, Certificate of Occupancy compliance work, Section 8 compliance work and general service calls. Trades should have knowledge in residential property maintenance and the capacity to complete these tasks in a timely and professional manner. Most work is in the city and inner city of Rochester in addition to the surrounding suburbs. Most service work is time and material.
