We're seeking a Custodial Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll be travelling to and from our shop to our Maintenance Districts, completing tasks that include but are not limited to: • Pan and broom the curb and gutter • Remove trash from trash receptacles • Clean and detail trash receptacles • Inspect for and remove any graffiti Requirements- • Must be willing to travel, we will provide a company vehicle. • Must be able to interact with passerby and clients in a professional manner and represent us well. •Ability to work independently - Qualified applicants must be able to work independently, track their time, be reliably reachable throughout the day, and complete tasks in expected time frames provided.
